Holper’s Named Best Pest Control Company to Work For by PCT

Holper’s Pest & Animal Solutions has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Pest Control, ranking #8 in the Medium Employer Category.

The recognition comes from Pest Control Technology’s Best Places to Work in Pest Control program, conducted in partnership with Best Companies Group. What makes the recognition especially meaningful is that the evaluation looks beyond what a company says about itself. Employees have a direct role in the process.

How the Best Places to Work Program Works

Companies participating in the program complete a two-part assessment.

First, employers provide information about their policies, practices, benefits, workplace systems, and company demographics. Employees then complete a confidential survey about their experience at the company, covering areas such as leadership, workplace culture, role satisfaction, training and development, relationships with supervisors, compensation and benefits, and overall engagement.

Best Companies Group analyzes the assessment results and uses them to determine which participating companies make the list and where they rank.

You can see the complete results in PCT’s 2026 Best Places to Work Rankings. More information about the evaluation process is also available through Best Companies Group’s Best Places to Work in Pest Control program.

What the Recognition Means for Holper’s

Holper’s has been part of the St. Louis area since 1952 and today serves customers throughout Missouri and Illinois. As the company has grown, our team has remained central to the work we do every day.

That is why recognition based partly on employee feedback matters to us. It provides an outside measure of the workplace experience rather than relying solely on what we say about our own company.

For someone searching for the best pest control company to work for, that distinction matters. An industry award cannot tell you everything about a potential employer, but feedback from the people who work there can provide another useful perspective when deciding where to build your career.
